COURSES 81/08 STATE /REGIONS AGREEMENT

DI.MARCA keeps pace with the provisions set out in the State-Regions Agreement, which provides different structuring for safety training. The purpose of this document is to ensure a balance between lectures, classroom exercises, related discussions and group work. Furthermore, the training of workers in companies with a low risk level will be fully implemented in FAD e-learning mode, while for employees of companies with a medium or high risk level the planned training is composed of a part to be conducted at the customer's site and a part in our establishment.

DI.MARCA organises courses in relation to the requirements provided by Legislative Decree 81/08: modules A, C, and B (for all ATECO sectors) aimed at RSPP and ASPP, basic courses and RLS updates, general and specific training for managers, supervisors and workers, courses for the implementation of Management Systems and focused on the Machinery Directive or Legislative Decree 231/01.

Management training is structured in four modules, the total duration of the training must be at least 16 hours and must be planned and completed within a time frame of 12 months.
